I was asked to look at this patio today. It's painted concrete. The paint is failing and chipping throughout. I was asked to restore it. Phase 1- Cut back all the overhanging thorns and vegetation and haul them away. Full pressure washing and cleaning out all the joints. What would you charge? OR as a homeowner what would you expect to pay? 🌳🏠🫧💪

Unfortunately, one thing I do not like about trade work is finding suitable restrooms. I have seen some things.🤢 But who is eating lunch on the toilet? They didn't even clean up their trash. Out of control!
