Market Stats for Lancaster County! The real estate market continues to move fast with homes going under contract within 2 weeks on average (if you exclude new construction the average is much lower). New listings are higher than the previous year giving buyers a few more options, but buyers still typically find themselves in competing situations. Overall, the Lancaster market continues to hum along without any signs of slowing down.

Lancaster county market statistics! Low inventory is holding steady in the county. New listings are down from a year ago, but expect the spring market to pick up in the coming weeks with the weather getting nicer. The lower interest rates are also helping buyers and making homes more affordable.
