Collective bargaining ensures fair wages, safe working environments, and knowledge of expectations while on the clock. Graduate assistants are critical to the research and educational mission at PSU and their ability to collectively bargain needs to be honored. I support PSU dropping their appeal and not further delay contract negotiations.
