Apparently the connection was broken and orders actually were not being put through. That issue is now resolved.
The Facebook Market place shop connection was broken. This is why orders were automatically refunded and not fulfilled as they never showed up in the back end of the store. This issue is now fixed we apologize for any inconvenience
