Save my recipe for Pumpkin Bread with Cream Cheese Filling! Only thing healthy in it is the pumpkin purée, but sometimes you just need to satisfy that craving! Ingredients are 1 cup pumpkin purée, 1 egg, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 sugar, 1/4 vegetable oil, 1/4 lite sour cream, 2 tsp vanilla extract (in the video I accidentally said 2 tbsp), 1 tbsp pumpkin spice, 1 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder. For the filling it’s 4oz cream soften cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 flour.
