True success cannot be scammed, schemed or stripped away from another - nor can it be rushed.
In a results-driven world, the climb seems long when comparing yourself to those taking shortcuts or with hidden agendas. But doing things the right way, even if it takes longer, matters more than quick gains through questionable methods. As Martin Luther King
Jr. said, "The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice." Have faith that living honourably brings rewards of fulfilment and purpose over time, even if accolades come slower.
Instead of exhausting yourself by chasing trends, disregarding values to make more money, stepping on others to get ahead, or ignoring your moral compass pointing toward love, choose truth and peace. The internal conflict from playing society's game makes it impossible to face yourself. At the end of each day, you only have your own conscience to confront with your decisions. That judgment day can bring eternal bliss or regret based on how you spent your energy.
Give yourself the gift of good sleep by acting in alignment with what you believe is good, honest and true. When your actions match your values, you cultivate a steadfast spirit
not swayed by outside forces. Amidst life's noise and chaos, let your clear conscience shine as a guiding light toward fulfilment, purpose, peace and genuine happiness.
The world will lure the ego's lust for desire and superiority almost daily by presenting the highs associated with a life of glamour. But know that working from the shadow will never bring you the wholeness that comes from using your skills and talents when guided by the light. Follow your dreams, but bring your values with you.
Your patience will be rewarded. Those placing profit and popularity before people and purpose chase external markers of worth that can dissolve instantly. But aligning talents and purpose creates a foundation nothing can sink. Your impact will not expire.
As you actualize more of your inner light, keep sharing it generously.

October 30, 2022 was Alyssa’s first class at I am limitless. It was a Punch Class with the peanut gallery. Fast forward to today, on Christmas Eve 2023…. celebrates her 200th Class with so much more energy, tons of friends, and the determination to attend classes because she can and because it makes her feel good!
And this is WHY I love our community. Especially the ones we’ve formed. No one judges how you look, your fitness level, your size, religion, sexual orientation, beliefs, etc. What we promote is oneness, togetherness and a commitment to be a better version of ourselves and to one another. Congratulations on your 200th Class!!!
We are SO PROUD of you!

Diversity and racial equality. That’s what you’ll see in all of my participants. Because everyone is welcome. Regardless of your race, gender, fitness level, age, every. Single. One is welcomed with open arms. My classes are not only designed to have you gaining strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness and giggle your ass off, I also focus on building an inclusive and supportive culture. The practice of including or involving people from a range of different social and ethnic backgrounds, and of different genders, sexual orientations, etc. Now THAT is the definition of diversity. Let that sink in for a moment.
You may call it a cult.
But a good culture of inclusivity.

Humility is not thinking less of yourself but thinking of yourself less. C.S Lewis
At the heart of humility is a desire to serve and a dedication to helping others become great. Many leaders seem to forget that leading others more than anything else should be held in reverence. Being the leader means that you have been placed in a position to serve others.
Too often, I have seen leaders duck and cover, throw their people under the bus, throw their positional weight around, and instead of leading from a place of service, lead from a place of ego when things get rough.
Never confuse humility with weakness; as a matter of fact, it takes great strength of will and character to put the needs of others before your own. To admit your mistakes, to be vulnerable, transparent, and fallible in front of your team.
Humble leaders exhibit behaviors that lift their team's spirits, self-esteem, and confidence to achieve anything imaginable.

"I asked a friend who has crossed 70 and is heading towards 80 what sort of changes she is feeling in herself?
She sent me the following:
1 After loving my parents, my siblings, my spouse, my children and my friends, I have now started loving myself.
2 I have realized that I am not “Atlas”. The world does not rest on my shoulders.
3 I have stopped bargaining with vegetable & fruit vendors. A few pennies more is not going to break me, but it might help the poor fellow save for his daughter’s school fees.
4 I leave my waitress a big tip. The extra money might bring a smile to her face. She is toiling much harder for a living than I am.
5 I stopped telling the elderly that they've already narrated that story many times. The story makes them walk down memory lane & relive their past.
6 I have learned not to correct people even when I know they are wrong. The onus of making everyone perfect is not on me. Peace is more precious than perfection.
7 I give compliments freely and generously. Compliments are a mood enhancer not only for the recipient but also for me. And a small tip for the recipient of a compliment, never, NEVER turn it down, just say "Thank You.”
8 I have learned not to bother about a crease or a spot on my shirt. Personality speaks louder than appearances.
9 I walk away from people who don't value me. They might not know my worth, but I do.
10 I remain cool when someone plays dirty to outrun me in the rat race. I am not a rat and neither am I in any race.
11 I am learning not to be embarrassed by my emotions. It’s my emotions that make me human.
12 I have learned that it's better to drop the ego than to break a relationship. My ego will keep me aloof, whereas, with relationships, I will never be alone.
13 I have learned to live each day as if it's the last. After all, it might be the last.
14 I am doing what makes me happy. I am responsible for my happiness, and I owe it to myself. Happiness is a choice. You can be happy at any time, just choose to be!
I decided to share this with all my friends. Why do we have to wait to be 60 or 70 or 80, why can't we practice this at any stage and age?

This just came across my feed and it is SO true. I know several fitness professionals who teach modalities ie yoga, cycling, etc that haven’t been trained - it baffles me. It baffles me even more that the leaders or management allow it.
True story - a friend of mine (won’t mention her name for privacy) was teaching yoga (she is one of those who thinks because she has taken many classes that she can teach it.) A woman was hurt in her class and sued her. The first thing her liability insurance asked her was show us your official training to teach yoga. She didn’t have it so they wouldn’t cover her. After a year in court her family was able to save their house but both her and her husbands 401k accounts and savings were depleted to cover the settlement.
Besides being a firm believer in proper education and training, the above story is exactly why I will not teach a format that I haven’t been properly trained and am confident I can execute it safely.
