Contact Lancaster is a confidential helpline open 7am-11pm every day. Our callcenter takes calls from people in crisis, the su***de lifeline, & teen line.

Our non-profit organization is staffed by volunteer listeners who are highly trained to respond in a non-judgmental and empathetic manner to callers in need. All calls are confidential, anonymous, and free. Anyone can call Contact Lancaster Helpline with his or her concerns. Talk with us about depression and cutting, stress in the family, struggles with addiction, trouble finding employment, grieving from the loss of a loved one. We will listen to you without judgement and help you feel heard.
