A "Grand-Slam" Day of Baseball at Hamilton Arms Center!
Residents, staff, and family members came together for an exciting day of baseball, filled with laughter and an abundance of team spirit. The event turned the day into a tribute to America's favorite pastime, as residents enjoyed a game of baseball while reminiscing about their beloved teams and players.
One of the day's highlights was a baseball toss activity, where residents tested their aim and cheered each other on.
Baseball trivia sparked lively conversation, as residents recalled historic games, legendary players, and cherished memories of attending ballgames with family and friends.
Adding to the festive atmosphere were classic baseball cap sundae cups. Residents, staff, and families fondly remembered the sundae cups they looked forward to from the local Creamy and Mini-Mart. Everyone enjoyed a baseball sundae, complete with their favorite ice cream and toppings.
Beyond the enjoyment and games, the day of baseball served as an opportunity for social engagement, physical activity, and nostalgia. Sharing stories and experiences allowed residents to connect with one another while celebrating a sport that has brought together generations.
The event was truly a home run for everyone involved. Teamwork, friendship, and a passion for the game can create joy at any age. Wonderful job, Hamilton Arms Center!

Summer break is a time for fun and relaxation, but it can also be a period when children lose some of the reading skills they developed during the school year. One way Hamilton Arms Center helps prevent this "summer slide" is by providing books to children who may not have easy access to reading materials at home.
Through the simple act of providing books, Hamilton Arms residents and staff help create brighter futures and inspire lifelong readers.
