The office was a little quieter this morning because most of the team was out in the field — walkthroughs, maintenance coordination, inspections, and property visits across Central PA.
That’s the reality of property management. The work doesn’t just happen behind a desk.

Today marks 8 incredible years of serving our community, building relationships, and helping property owners navigate the world of real estate and property management.
What started as a small operation in Lancaster has continued to grow into a dedicated team proudly serving hundreds of owners and residents across Central Pennsylvania. From late-night maintenance calls and property walkthroughs to owner meetings, turnovers, inspections, and everything in between — we’re grateful for every opportunity to serve.

As we close out the month, Fetch Home Management's company-wide delinquency rate sits at just 2.73%.
• Lancaster Office: 2.08%
• York Office: 3.64%
• Lebanon Office: 3.56%
These results are driven by a combination of thorough tenant screening, proactive communication, and consistent follow-up from our management team.
Success starts long before rent is due. From placing qualified residents to maintaining regular communication and addressing issues early, our team works every day to help keep accounts on track and protect our owners' investments.

This York City rental had to go through city inspection, repairs, reinspection, and additional rent-ready improvements before hitting the market.
Our team worked through:
• Inspection repairs
• Paint and cosmetic updates
• Flooring and finish work
• Electrical/plumbing items
• Final rent-ready prep
Now this unit is officially approved, refreshed, and almost ready for its next tenant.
A lot goes into turning a property around the right way — especially in cities with rental inspections and compliance requirements — but this is where having the right team matters.
