Hey folks, Beautiful day for an art show! The Heart of Lancaster Spring Art & Craft Show is on today! 10 - 4 at Root's Country Market. I'm at Lemon Street Studio booth 1. Come check it out!

This past weekend, we had an art show in Wellsboro PA. It was the annual Dickens of a Christmas Celebration. Over 200 vendors line Main Street, and thousands of people come out. Many visitors are in victorian garb (vendors are required to dress up, and we went all out to enter into the spirit of the day). Thanks to my sister-in-law Natalie who came along to be a part of the fun. It was a great time and we had our best one day show ever! We even ran into friends from Lancaster County who came up to Wellsboro to be a part of the fun.

My homepage image is my latest digital painting, "Seven Silos". An iconic Lancaster County farm scene, it features a view looking south near where I grew up in Manor Township. The late afternoon sun highlights the vibrant colors of spring and the silos that are the skyscrapers of rural Lancaster County.

It is said that when a cardinal is around, angels are near. This cardinal brings a touch of brightness and hope in the midst of a winter storm. Check out other winter images on my website, LemonStStudio.com
