This was a fun one! The homeowners were so awesome and Greg and Alfredo did an outstanding job renovating this entire first floor which included new flooring, windows, a new kitchen and powder room. Check it out.

Our team successfully completed a high-end renovation of this primary bathroom, designed to meet the unique requirements of our discerning clients. The project showcased a custom-built shower, freestanding tub, and semi-custom dual vanities with quartz countertops.

Greg showcased his exceptional skills on this project. Homeowners aimed to transition their floor plan to an open layout, and by eliminating multiple walls, we effectively executed this vision. The kitchen renovation proved stunning, and we also gave them a pantry, mudroom, and renovated laundry room. Check out these before and after pictures to appreciate the transformation. Our team completed this project in just three days. The homeowner was in dire need of extra space, but was constrained by a fixed budget. We were able to meet this need. We added a bedroom above the garage and built a dormer to create a spacious walk-in closet. To keep costs within budget, the homeowner elected to handle the interior finishing work. The outcome is a substantially larger appearance for the house.

We are pleased to showcase a project completed a couple of months ago. The exterior of the house underwent a complete transformation with new siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Additionally, we installed a new roof. The homeowners desired a garage with substantial storage capacity... we made that a reality!
