A lot of people just go through the motions, do fast half reps, and break a little sweat and think they’re training hard.

WERE HERE TO TRAIN, NOT “workout”
Theres a big difference

Slowing down your reps will also help work on your mind to muscle connection.
Work on your form
Work the full range of motion
Slow and controlled on the eccentric part of the movement
Explode and control on the concentric part of the movement

4 Way Seated Lateral Raises🔥

Try this:
2 Total Sets to FAILURE
Make sure you do the same amount reps for each angle.
If you fail in the middle, rest 5-10 and complete the rest until you do the straight out lateral raise or the front raise.

Working every angle of shoulder (front and mid delt) will BLOW UP your shoulders!
💥I SHOULDNT HAVE TO SAY IT BUT I NEED TO. YOU SHOULD BE DOING REAR DELT WORK AS WELL TO COMPLETE YOUR SHOULDERS
