I just had to post some highlights from my Brother and sister-in-laws wedding!!

I have known Lael and been blessed with a small part of watching her grow into a beautiful young lady!
She cares for people well looking for ways to quietly connect, she is gentle, kind, and caring. While she may be quiet sometimes she is always thinking through situations and how she can help love people through difficulties. She loves spending time with her close friends and family! She is also a strong bike rider! Riding 300 miles with us this summer with a steady smile and determination to finished strong no matter the hills, mud, or long days in the saddle!

Congratulations on your senior year Lael! We love you!!

In a very short time my sister will be having a little boy!
Nick and I were excited to be able to fit in a photo shoot for and while we were in Idaho!

When they planned their wedding they didn't know if there would be snow in November or if it would be just cold.....Instead, November gave Hannah and Zach perfect 65* weather for their outdoor Idaho wedding!!
Such a beautiful couple and awesome example of waiting on Gods timing!

This year Nick and I decided that once a month we would do a photoshoot challenge together. We want to do something that will push us both to think outside of the box with lighting set ups and effects, location scouting, photoshop techniques, and posing. All while being in front of the camera using a timer.

Here is our January challenge.
We bought a fog machine a couple days before our shoot and found some things around the house to use as some props.

The biggest challenges from this session was getting the fog to settle right with the wind direction and waiting for the right daytime lighting and off camera lighting to be just right to make it seem like moonlight.
