CREATING MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE A KID AGAIN. 💭
A couple weeks ago, hosted their 40th Anniversary Evening of Celebration. As students, families, & supporters entered the building they were greeted with an opportunity to see what the day to day looks like from the perspective of a Mix student.
As people stopped by the table, they were able to build an entire beat FROM SCRATCH. It’s not every day that you get to learn something new and walk away feeling confident. Every person who walked up to the table to test their skills left feeling this way.
A lot of gratitude for as we continue to partner in building this music based program up. This quarter, we have successfully launched RCP at 3 schools within SDOL and surrounding districts. Our goal is to teach our students the vast amount of ways to make a living off of your passion & art. 🖤
