Here's a quiet moment from outside our Lancaster office yesterday.
This deer found a comfortable spot to rest in the shade and fresh mulch before continuing on its way.
Thanks for the photo, Jessie.
After 30+ years, we've learned two things:
- RLPS employees take egg protection very seriously.
- Rock-paper-scissors is sometimes the only way to determine a winner.
This year's World Cup themed Egg Drop featured custom-built contraptions, soccer-ball attacks, rainy weather, ice cream, and eggs that refused to lose.
Congratulations to our winners and thanks to everyone who helped make another memorable start to summer.

We're pleased to share the promotions of Ty Shappell to Associate Partner and Stefanie DePugh to Senior Marketing Coordinator.
Ty and Stef have each contributed to RLPS in different ways over the years, helping support our clients, project teams, and firm culture through their expertise, leadership, and commitment to the work.
To mark the occasion, we asked them to reflect on the experiences that shaped their careers and the perspectives they bring to their roles today.
Congratulations to both on this next chapter.

When we're not transforming lives through our projects, we're transforming finish materials into high fashion. A team from RLPS participated in IIDA Pennsylvania / New Jersey / Delaware Chapter's Fashion Meets Finish competition on May 8. They turned carpet fiber, weld rods, and other finish and fabric samples into an original, wearable design. The final result was shown on the catwalk at Rivers Casino in Philadelphia.
