Looking for a board position in the Lancaster community?
The Arc Lancaster Lebanon is seeking individuals who are qualified candidates with experience in finance, Human Resources, and Development/Fundraising.
Their mission is to empower people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities/Autism alongside their families to lead whole and satisfying lives of their choice. Through the community being impartial and informed, they believe that individuals with disabilities will lead fully inclusive lives, on their terms.
The Arc Lancaster Lebanon assists individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)/Autism, alongside their families, in navigating an often complex system, exploring what makes a meaningful life, and identifying what is needed to create that life. We believe a person with a disability has equal worth and value, and it benefits our community when people with disabilities are included. We work to counter the stigma that people with IDD/Autism face daily and help overcome barriers to inclusion and achievement.
