You have to see this transformation! Swipe to see the before. After a fire in the 50’ engulfed the old to***co warehouse, the second floor was left all charred. 3rd and 4th floors were gone. A complete renovation took place in 2017, designed and managed by Sims Architects. The concept was contemporary industrial, utilizing reclaimed materials and efficient systems and an optimum floor plan to maximize every space.

The lower level of a 1800’s tabaco warehouse, 3700 sq. Ft. fully renovated to accommodate 18 workstations, private offices a large conference room and other amenities. All stone walls were repointed, wood was refinished and floors sealed. Lots of natural light come in through the windows.
It’s amazing the kind of construction they did back in the day!
