🥔Are you growing potatoes this season?🥔
The potato beetle can do a lot of damage in a short time! These beetles target plants in the nightshade family such as potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, and eggplant.
Keeping an eye out for eggs and removing them when possible, along with crop rotation are a crucial part of preventing the potato beetle from thriving in your garden. You can also use natural insecticides such as Spinosad to keep them off of your plants!

💥Memorial Day Weekend Hours💥
The retail store will be open normal hours on Saturday and then closed on Sunday and Monday. Stop by and visit us if you are in the area!

As your seedling mature it’s important to prepare them for life outside. 💨
With the crazy spring weather it’s been difficult to set seedlings outside to harden off.
Using a fan is a great way to help them grow strong 💪 and have an easier transition to your garden.
Tips:
▪️Set fan to medium to start, then as seedling get bigger you can bump up the speed
▪️We have the fan on a timer ⏱️ along with our grow lights so it won’t always be breezy outside.
