We've really enjoyed working with South Ann Concerned Neighbors, and are excited to share about this community fundraising event they are hosting on Saturday, August 10th! It's always cool to see people we like teaming up with each other, and this event is no exception, as the Fun Pink Pageant is being hosted at Lancaster Mennonite School, and is sponsored by Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health. It is a privilege to have partnered with C. Raymond Davis & Sons, Inc. on a very successful project at Paoli Presbyterian Church. Congratulations on the award and we look forward to our shared future endeavors!

Construction is underway for the new Solanco Neighborhood Ministries food bank and counseling center. Their new location on Church Street in Quarryville will help them better serve and provide support to the Solanco community. We are happy to see this project develop and are pleased to support Solanco Neighborhood Ministries in their efforts.

This week has been a significant transition in Dale R. Yoder's professional life! He divested most of his shares (from 66.7% to 6.7%) in Cornerstone Design - Architects to two young and talented architects who have worked for Cornerstone since graduating from college. Ryan Griffith (in the center) is now the largest shareholder and President. Zak Polett (on the right) is the other architectural partner and Board Secretary. His son, Josh Yoder (pictured next to him), is Vice President and his other son in the business, Ben Yoder (second from right in picture) is Treasurer and Business Manager. Zack David, his middle son sold his shares to his brothers. The picture was taken at the Fig Magazine - Lancaster Spring edition launch party at Southern Market after signing the transition paperwork earlier in the day. Look for the announcement on page 54 of the Fig Magazine.

New Goodwill store opens in York County HANOVER, Pa. (WHTM) – Goodwill Keystone Area has opened its doors to a new retail store and donation center located at 450 Eisenhower Drive in Hanover. The move is the result of Goodwill closing it…

We are happy to see the finished Shoot Indoors KOP firing range and training center. Its amenities include indoor rifle and pistol ranges both equipped with state-of-the-art ventilation and air filtration systems, training facilities, a family-friendly environment, and Certified Instructors.

We worked closely with Shoot Indoors and CCS Building Group on this adaptive reuse project. CDA designed a new façade and entrance lobby, new accessible restrooms, and coordinated with the team of consultants to develop the new interior firing ranges.

We are happy to see the progress on this soon to be opened new store location for the Goodwill Keystone Chapter. This store location on Eisenhower Boulevard, Hanover’s Golden Mile will feature clothing and household goods. It will also have a new covered canopy to help improve the donation experience. It has been great working with the Goodwill Industries International team and Ames Construction on another successful project.
