Katie works with Clemson Extension to provide education and outreach focused on water quality, conservation, stormwater management, and environmental stewardship across South Carolina. Although she is housed in the P*e Dee region, Katie is Lancaster County’s go-to resource for water resources questions and environmental education support.

Her work helps connect communities with practical, research-based information that protects South Carolina’s valuable natural resources and promotes healthy ecosystems.

Whether she’s leading educational programs, working with local partners, or helping answer water-related questions, Katie is passionate about conservation and community outreach.

Terasa Lott serves as Clemson Extension’s Midlands District Director, providing leadership and support for Extension programs across the Midlands region of South Carolina, including Lancaster County.

She works closely with county Extension offices to strengthen educational programming, community outreach, agriculture and natural resources initiatives, youth development, and family and consumer sciences efforts throughout the district.

Many South Carolinians may also recognize Terasa from the popular PBS television series Making It Grow, where she shares her passion for agriculture, horticulture, and Extension outreach with viewers across the state.

With a passion for leadership, education, and community impact, Terasa is dedicated to helping Clemson Extension continue serving South Carolina communities through research-based programs and local partnerships.

Robert serves as Clemson Extension’s Area Forestry & Wildlife Agent, providing natural resources education and support across several counties in the Midlands region. While he is primarily housed in Kershaw County, Robert also serves Lancaster County and keeps office hours locally as needed.

His work focuses on forestry, wildlife habitat management, conservation, and helping landowners better understand and care for their property and natural resources.

Whether he’s leading a woodland walk, teaching about forest health, or helping landowners improve wildlife habitat, Robert is passionate about connecting people with South Carolina’s forests and natural landscapes.
