Chilli beef folded in a wrap with crispy tortilla chips, melted cheese, a chive sauce and then brushed with garlic butter for an absolute banging quick and easy dinner šŸ¤¤ Hit SAVE and let me know if you recreate it šŸ“ŒšŸ’­ Ingredients (serves 2): 2 flour tortilla wrapsĀ  50g grated mozzarellaĀ  2 ladles of leftover chilliĀ (I pasted my chilli recipe 19th June!) 20g tortilla chips - I used chilli heatwaveĀ  5g light butterĀ  Tsp chopped garlicĀ  A sprig of parsley choppedĀ  Chive sauce (could sub with sour cream and chive shop brought)Ā  60g fat free greek yoghurt Ā¼ tsp garlic granulesĀ  Ā¼ tsp onion granulesĀ  Tsp dried chiveĀ  Tsp distilled vinegarĀ  šŸ’—Start by making up the chive sauce and set to one side.Ā  šŸ’—Next, slice the wrap half way down the center. In one quadrant, add the cheese, then the chilli beef, the tortilla chips, followed by the chive sauce.Ā  šŸ’—Fold carefully before transferring to a pan. Keep on one side for a minute and half before flipping for a further minute and half.Ā  šŸ’—Whilst the wrap cooks, in a bowl melt the butter and chopped garlic in a microwave.
