Oh my goodness, the Somatic Singing Circle this evening was flipping fantastic! So. Much. Fun. Singing. Moving. Laughing. Thank you to Moxie Miller, Tija Hilton-Phillips, Joanne Trusz, and nine other beautiful souls who came out to sing with me.
I took no pictures, too in the moment.
But I did see some unicorns at Shenks Ferry this morning, so enjoy!

The Somatic Singing Circle begins! 🎶
Sing. Move. Release.
A playful, community-based singing experience where we:
✨ Learn simple, accessible songs
✨ Move, breathe, and regulate the nervous system
✨ Play with sound (ohs, ahs, harmony, shakers)
✨ Create music together—no experience needed
This is not a performance class. Come exactly as you are.

3 weeks away til the SPRING EQUINOX - SING/DRUM/SOUND!
Join others in vocal play, gentle movement, easy-to-access mantra songs, and shared drumming rhythms as we welcome the light's return and the turning of the season.
First-timers are welcome!
After an hour of singing and drumming together, we’ll rest into a soothing sound meditation, allowing the vibrations to settle the body and calm the mind.
Bring your voice, your drum (if you have one), and an open heart.
