One of the things I hear from Buyers is that they want to wait until interest rates drop.
The thing is....yes, that could be in a few months, but it could also be next year or the year after that.
Interest rates fluctuate!!
So I ask...
How badly do you want to buy that 3 bdrm, 2.5 bth home?
Do you have money saved?
Can you afford a mortgage, a 7% interest rate, and all that comes with owning a home?
If So....BUY!
If Not....BUY WHEN YOU CAN AFFORD TO BUY!

Good Afternoon, Everyone!
Saw this comment on a post, "Why are People purchasing homes right now, with the interest rates so high?" I had to share the reply. Read down below. ⬇️
People are buying with rates where they are today because they are still *historically* low and because they want to own a home + take advantage of building equity in a market that’s still appreciating. At the end of the day, if you find a house you like in a stable healthy market, and you can afford the payment at today’s rates, it is still a great time to buy a home. Real estate is one of the best investments you can make! If you are being priced out by rising rates, consult with a lender that can coach you on financial moves to set you up for success. Everyone got used to seeing once in a lifetime low rates during covid that are not indicative of where the market is today, or will be tomorrow.
