Job Opportunity!

We are seeking a motivated and organized business assistant to join our fast-paced team. As the assistant to our senior administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our real estate companies. The ideal candidate would have strong organizational skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. This position requires working remotely 90% of the working day, therefore, strong self discipline and self-starter skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks such as managing emails, answering phone calls, and taking messages.
Settlement Processing: Process 'under agreement' real estate properties and ensure requirements are met to ensure a smooth process through closing.
Data Entry & Reporting: Input information and generate reports to provide potential opportunities to ownership.
Utility Activation: Contact utility companies to start service for newly purchased properties.
Rental Management: Manage approximately 20 real estate rental units; communicate with tenants/contractors as needed. Occasionally attend open houses.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficient in computer software (Google Sheets/Docs/Calendar)

Dutch Family Services is hiring a company office administrator! This is partially a work from home and partially office with some flexibility, and some appointments at properties all between 9-5. It includes setting up utilities and coordination of purchases and settlements. This is for a highly organized individual. We anticipate that this will be a full time position within 3-4 months as one is trained and responsibilities are added. Pay is based on experience/skill.
