Late last Fall, Sean began the transformation of this weathered deck into a maintenance-free, outdoor living space. He just completed the roof this past week which will be pictured in the next set of photographs.

Yesterday, Sean completed this basement refresh for a local couple who are preparing to sell their home. He painted, replaced the carpet with LVP flooring, and added baseboards. It looks so much more spacious!

What a fun half-bath renovation and just in time for Valentine’s Day! New fixtures, including a wall hung basin, help the small space seem larger. Sean tackled the wallpapering himself; It reminds me of a beautiful, Irish woman with her red hair.

Almost ready for move-in! Every wall has fresh paint; the existing cabinets in the kitchen were repainted, too. Sean built a custom island and granite countertops were installed. We’re so anxious to see our friends in their new home. The backdrop just needs a final clean, and then it’s perfect for their exquisite decor.

Sean demoed the second floor bathroom and made it into two for a private, master bath. The house now has all new electric and plumbing with mini-splits placed throughout for air-conditioning. All of the existing hardwood floors are prepared for refinishing.

We’re so excited to share Sean’s latest project in downtown Lancaster! His full renovation of a three-story, 130-year-old, row home involves removing interior walls on the first floor and adding beams to support the second. Sean’s before pictures follow:
