Last weekend 4 of our boxers fought hard at the Golden Gloves tournament, Julian, Josiah, Anakin and Michael. Couldn’t be more proud of them on how they handle themselves in the ring and out.
2 of bench mark boxers, have already clinched, Central PA golden gloves championship! And 2 of them fight in the finals this coming Saturday the 28th.

Lancaster showed up. Golden Gloves weigh-ins were hosted out of Strength Through Movement this past Saturday with 132 registered boxers checking in to lock in their spot on this year’s roster. 🥊🔥
Much appreciate to Buddy Mellot, and Claudie Kenion, for hosting and helping bring Golden Gloves back to the city. 👏
