Now Hiring Skilled Contractor. Duties include but not limited to:

-Overseeing renovation projects for Lancaster Contracting Group
-Recommending job improvements, alternative methods, and possess strong problem solving skills
-Installs, repairs, and replaces on flooring, partitions, window frames and sashes, door and frames, and other related components of buildings and structures
-Responding to change orders
- Performing other trades (light electrical, plumbing, tile and granite, landscaping, etc.)
-Managing and working with subcontractors
-Attend weekly meetings with investors to review project status

We’re almost wrapped up here on Christian St. In the the next week we’re going to add a feature ceiling in the kitchen and finish the bathroom. Looking forward to the end of this project and the start of the next one.

Started a second flip over the weekend with a awesome looking fresh coat of exterior paint!
