That mindset became the foundation for HQ Water Solutions, a company built around heart, family, fulfillment, and serving the community. He mentors the next generation, builds a team that actually loves what they do, and proves every day that the water treatment industry doesn't have to stay stuck in old ways. For Stephen, it has always been about more than clean water. It is about building something with heart, leveling up industry standards, and showing his daughters that you can achieve anything with hard work, quick thinking, and a positive mindset.
