Join us for the Independence Day Evening Parade on Friday, July 3, 2026, at 7:00 PM as we come together to celebrate our nation's 250th Anniversary!

We invite all businesses, organizations, churches, clubs, schools, sports teams, and community groups to participate and help make this a historic community celebration.

🛍️ Vendors will be set up throughout downtown all day and into the evening, so come shop, eat, and enjoy the festivities! While our vendors remain open downtown, the parade will take place at 7:00 PM, creating a full evening of family fun and community spirit.

🎆 Fireworks Display Following the ParadeStay after the parade for a spectacular fireworks show beginning after sunset, approximately 9:30 PM.

🚨 Attention Mobile Food Vendors! 🚨

Please be aware of important changes regarding mobile food permits in Texas.

According to updates in Texas House Bill 2844:

✅ Mobile food permits issued by the South Plains Public Health District on or after July 1, 2025, will only be valid through June 30, 2026.

✅ Beginning July 1, 2026, all mobile food permits must be obtained through the State of Texas. Local permits will no longer be valid after that date.

If you operate a food truck, trailer, or other mobile food unit, please review the notice and make plans accordingly.
