Long story short, my stomach issues are now being managed by medication which is helping. Unfortunately it may have been caused by HRT. I guess my body is still adjusting? In the meantime, it’s time to relax. Up next…

My curious visitor today during sacred hammock time

I can’t change or control everything. Life still happens. Finding balance. That’s my goal. To move while staying grounded.

Life has been throwing curveballs lately. Meditation reminds me how to stay grounded and manage my own emotions and energy.

I was in the ER this morning with high blood pressure and abdominal pain. Looks like I will be getting an endoscopy to figure out what’s going on. I already know that I have GERD, gastritis and a hiatal hernia but we have to see what all of that is doing in there to create such pain. This too shall pass. I’m hoping that a little sacred hammock time will help lower my blood pressure. Love to all. hope you are all well.

Today during sacred hammock time, I was talking to my mom on speakerphone and I commented to her that two cardinals were across the street playing. Suddenly, one of the cardinals turns and flies over towards me. He swooped over me about a foot away from my face while I’m on the phone with my Mom. Whoa!!! (Unfortunately all I could do is capture a frame from the live photo that my phone apparently took while I was on the phone with my mom.) 😂🥰😍
