This spring, preschoolers at Lighthouse have been planting, watering, and caring for their very own garden.

Each day, you'll find little hands carrying watering cans, putting on gardening gloves, and checking on tomatoes, watermelon, basil, mint, and celery.

They're learning growth takes time.

At Lighthouse Community Preschool, children from our community and children living on campus with their moms get to explore, ask questions, play outside, and see God’s creation up close.

They plant. They water.

And God gives the growth.

🌱 Good things take time to grow.

Meet some of the team behind hundreds of meals served each day at Lighthouse.

Most days, you'll find them working behind the scenes in the kitchen. But recently, they had the opportunity to prepare and serve a special meal for our Board and guests at an off-campus retreat.

Their menu featured ingredients from our hydroponic garden and locally sourced meat and potatoes! Their skills are growing through the daily practice of serving others as part of the Hospitality Ministry.

We love moments like this. Not because of the meal itself, but because of what it represents.

Growth takes consistency.

Day by day. Meal by meal. Opportunity by opportunity.
