We had the pleasure of hosting the CFDC April Investor meeting at our newest warehouse development, The Ruthvens at Pace Innovation Center in Auburndale, FL.

The afternoon included an introduction to new City Manager Jeff Brown, updates from FDOT on exciting new projects at SunTrax, and insights from Brandon on the impact our development will have on the Central Florida Innovation District- serving as an incubator for research and development fueled by Florida Poly.

Overall, a great afternoon connecting, learning, and looking ahead!
