A Florida man is facing charges after he was recorded on video putting dangerous chemicals under the door of his neighbors’ home 👀 #OnlyinFlorida The family lived above the man and reported he often complained of noise from their apartment after welcoming their newborn baby. The family recently installed a hidden camera after discovering a chemical smell in their home and becoming sick. According to Tampa Police Department, a hazmat test found the “liquid chemical agent” contained methodone and hydrocodone — both opioid pain medications. The man was a Ph.D. chemistry student and used a laboratory on the University of South Florida campus to mix and load liquid syringes on multiple occasions with intent to harm residents. He was charged with one count of felony aggravated stalking, three counts of dispersing a chemical agent and one count of possession of a controlled substance. He was also charged with battery on a law enforcement officer for exposing an officer to the chemicals and is also facing lawsuits from the family and the condo association for breach of contract. 📍 Tampa, Florida Tag us in your Florida videos to get reposted!
