👀 Showings: 109,513 ⬆️ 2.8%

Key Insights: Buyers continue to show more activity with the number of new pending sales increasing by 5.3% and showings up 2.8% compared to a year ago. Sellers are re-engaging heading into the spring 2026 market brining more inventory, and closed sales are on the rise.
