After last weekend's terrible weather, we're ready for this one!☀️ We're going to bring delicious Spanish cakes such as the Tarta de poma🍏 in the picture to the following markets:

🔸Saturday - Manassas Farmers Market from 8am to 1pm
🔸Sunday - Haymarket Farmers Market from 9:30am to 1:30pm

When it comes to desserts, there's nothing more Catalan than "Crema Catalana". It is usually served in clay ramekins and most restaurants include a crunchy cookie to contrast the silky and smooth crema. 😋⁠

I always like to try new things, so here I am, serving crema Catalana in a cake! ⁠

The olive oil almond cake is moist, soft, and not overly sweet. It pairs perfectly with the caramelized crema on top🤤...who needs the recipe?🙋🏼‍♀️⁠
