Last chance to order for Mother’s Day! Make sure mom doesn’t have to spend any time in the kitchen!

Breakfast in bed is great! But graze boards with no clean up are the best kind of Mother’s Day meal!

Biscoff cookies are probably in my top 5 favorite cookies. Translating that flavor into a macaron is a little tough though- I went with a spiced buttercream with crumbled biscoff for the filling and decided to go with my favorite color combo for the shells! I could have gone for a brown shell but with so many pretty colors in the world why not go for a bright pop!

I used powdered coloring this time from and am a total convert!

Brie and Bites isn’t all cheese and meats! You can also order macarons and meringues!

I can include macarons on your cheese board or you can order by the half dozen, dozen, or more!

If you’re ordering for this weekend and are interested in macarons or meringues make sure you order ASAP!

My mom requested a board for her and my dad, so she brought her own tray over and we chatted while I built it!

What Easter candy are you eating your fill of today?

Dropped off a batch of minis to be given as prizes for Westridge’s Social Committee’s Easter Egg Hunt.

Have fun and remember they are accepting donations for the Hilda Barge Shelter.

Our family loves a theme. You should see my husband in his train shirt and conductor hat when he’s working on his model electric train!

But anyways, that love of theme extends to food too and that means there was no way we could let Easter go by without a good helping of Easter candy “on board” for this weekend’s boards and minis!

I still have room for a couple orders if you’re still not sure what you’ve got planned for Easter.

I just can’t get over these cute carrot meringues! I’m ready with plenty of Easter bunny candy and these cookies for this weekend’s board!

With warm weather, Easter, and Mother’s Day just around the corner if you’re planning a get together I can help you prep the food.

Party boards serve 5-6 people and can even be customized for the occasion. All graze boards come on disposable trays but if you’re interested in an upgrade to a wooden display board just let me know and I can make that happen!

If you’re wondering what size to order here’s the low down*:

An entree portion of meat and cheeses are about six ounces each.

So, a snack size is half of that- just three ounces each of meat and cheese.

Fruit, nuts, and sweets are included and will vary depending on the foods included but will make up at least four to eight ounces of your order.

A snack size order is around 10 ounces of meat, cheese, fruit, nuts, etc. Your entree portion will be around 20 ounces of yummy goodness.

Make sure your orders for this weekend are in by 10am tomorrow.

*These are loosely based on the USDA MyPlate serving size suggestion and the average restaurant serving size.
