Refresh Boutique is a new & resale women's boutique and social enterprise under the umbrella of True to Life Ministries. And Refresh Boutique was born.
Originally, TTLM had been providing complimentary interview outfits for clients, who were looking for employment, thanks to generous donors in our community. A boutique felt like a natural next step, as well as a strategic way to connect with new friends in the community. Today, we are all about refreshing lives locally and globally.
