Did you know that every child in your household qualifies for FREE Summer Meal Boxes? No registration required!

✅ Available for all school-aged children
✅ One box per child, per week (while supplies last)
✅ Includes meals for 7 breakfasts and 7 lunches
✅ Child does not need to be present
✅ Parent/Guardian may pick up with a valid Florida photo ID

Reminder for all Union County students and parents, we are doing free annual sports physicals Thursday, June 4th at Union Direct Primary Care, Lake Butler.
Please have ALL of the paperwork filled out & signed by a parent/guardian prior to arriving. If your paperwork is not filled out and signed we will not be able to complete the physical.
If you are an incoming 9th grader or haven’t played a high school sport before, please expect to get an EKG done by Who We Play For for $20. Use the QR code on their flyer in comments to register with them and schedule your appointment.
