This type of setup is my favorite to remodel. You not only upgrade, but make the bathroom appear bigger without adding a square foot.

This kitchen really doesn't look like it needs anything.. But our owner felt like it needed a little brightening up.

How can I update this bathroom without totally gutting it?

Customer had a great deck and uncovered area as well. Too hot and too many mosquitoes however during the peak deck enjoying time?

The basic layout was fine, The customer wanted to change ovens, change countertops and create a larger pantry unit and do away with the desk station.

A quick facelift to this bathroom..

Typical 1970s 1980s vanity in one room toilet and tub shower unit in another room. Perfect opportunity to open this thing up!

Vannco stepped into this house after the owner had been waiting for months for some contractor help after a fire! House was gutted...

This customer was ready to blow this bathroom up!! Plenty of room to improve. And they had great ideas.

The layout is nice, but the new owner wanted to brighten things up.

Time to move on from original layout to new!

Older home with a previously finished attic space master bath area. A little dated and customer has some really cool ideas to spruce it up.
