There is a right way and a wrong way to do a job. A local pool company installed this motor on its side, giving rain a direct path to the internal parts of this motor which will cause this motor to fail prematurely. That’s great for the pool company, bad for the client. Be careful who you let in your backyard.

After a lot of thought and prayer, I’ve decided to step away from my full-time role in maintenance with the school system.
