My clients utilized to prepare their house for the market without any upfront expenses. I’ll give the business model of Curbio a 100 and communication a 75%. While they completed the job, some of the work was sloppy and it took longer than we liked to get the crew out to address our concerns. They’re a huge corporation and at the time our project manager had an assigned 104 renovations going on. Thankful for the finished product 😉.
