Moving along!! The living room fan is up. Cover for HVAC in the hallway is up. Brand new gas logs installed. The rails and upper deck stained. The well house door painted. The sides of the house (where I couldn’t reach.. I know most of it 🤪) have been cleaned. And tile work started in the master shower. ** Be sure to checkout my new self “stain” tan 🤣😂

All of the trim on the main floor is painted!! All of the lights on the main floor have been installed!! Jeremie built a cover for the hallway access to the HVAC unit, installed switch plate and outlet covers, put together the porch swing, and hung the bifold doors for the pantry and coat closet. Overall pretty productive day. #

Back to work today! Flooring is done. Thanks to Kenny and Cameron.. it looks amazing!! Wallpaper is complete on the bedroom accent wall and inside the book nook. The stairwell, basement bathroom, and part of the basement have been primed.

We were so very blessed to have met the original and only owner of our Laurel Lane flip. Meet Mrs. Dorothy Wright. We were very fortunate to have discussed some of our plans on how we wanted to transform her home into a new home for another family. She has followed our progress along the way and even got to come visit in person to see it complete.
