Last week, kicking off Memorial Day weekend, Dr. Chu hosted a cooking class at the Miles Perret Cancer Services Teaching Kitchen! We were joined by a great and attentive group, including Mrs. Debbie Perret. We made a delicious barbecue chickpea entree and blueberry cashew cheesecake — all vegan with no sugar added! 🫐✨

There were so many vegetables leftover that Dr. Chu returned on Friday to cook for the staff.

Miles Perret Cancer Services is an amazing resource in Acadiana, and Dr. Chu is looking forward to continuing nutritional education in their teaching kitchen! We will have more workshops to come, designed to support individuals across the cancer continuum. ♥️

Chu Precision Health Center is closed today in observance of Memorial Day 🇺🇸
