This Friday from 4-9! We had SO much fun at the last Destination Downtown and this one is sure to be even better. Main Street will be closed from 4th-9th & we’ll be taking full advantage of that with a big sidewalk sale with tons of new markdowns (gotta make room for that new fall merch!). We’ll also be hosting a pop-up with , which we couldn’t be more excited for. So many businesses will be offering fun sales, experiences, and pop-ups, not to mention the Boilermaker Special will be here offering rides around downtown. See you Friday!!!💛🖤💛🖤

It’s that time of year again! We’re looking for someone to add to our team and we’ve opened up our application page. If you’ve sent us messages asking about hiring, now’s your chance! Just fill out the application in the bio and make sure you give us as specific availability as possible. We’re looking to fill gaps in our schedule so knowing your availability is a must. Other than that, we’re looking for someone looking to work 8-12 hours a week, 1-2 weekends a month, and who’s friendly, outgoing, kind, and dependable. We can’t wait to hear from you!

Celebrate the '90s at Friday's Destination Downtown event in Lafayette Greater Lafayette residents can relive the 1990s during Friday's Destination Downtown event along Main Street.

Tonight is Destination Downtown and we’re going back to the 90s! Scout will be celebrating by having a sidewalk sale with fresh markdowns & giving away oh-so-very Cher Horowitz fluffy pens. Not only that, if the pen you choose has a special mark on the bottom, you’ll get 15% off your purchase! Main Street will be closed from 4th-9th for your strolling enjoyment and the newly installed lights will be twinkling. We can’t wait to see you there!

Let’s ignore the construction for a moment to appreciate another exterior improvement…Say hello to our new signs! We’ll talk more about our new branding in another post, but for now let’s just stand back a safe distance from the orange cones and enjoy the view.

PS - There’s one more outside upgrade coming. We could tell you what it is, but why spoil the surprise?

There’s both good news and bad news in this random little photo. The bad news is pretty obvious & that’s the fact that the road in front of our shop is currently closed for construction. The sidewalk is still wide open though and it’s honestly a very small stretch of Main Street, so getting to the store is still easy peasy.

You might have to look a little closer for the good news, but if you peek at the light pole, you can see that we have swag lights going across our block now! They actually stop right at Scout, so if you need to find us, just follow the twinkling lights ✨
