Almost a year ago, I worked with JB's twin sisters and I mentioned that I would love to work with JB next! Little did I know that I would! JB will be receiving communion for the first time in less than two weeks! I'm so proud to have been able to be his Kindergarten teacher and to have been able to see him grow up over the past few years! Congratulations, JB! I'm so proud of you!

It's been a pleasure watching the Christ twins grow over the past few years! Caroline and Maria are as sweet as can be! You will never understand the bond of twins, unless you are one! From the outside looking in, they have something special indeed! Thank you, Layna Benson Christ for allowing me to work with them again! Maybe next time we can get John Benson in front of the camera! Ha!

Wrapping up Tucker and Madison's Engagement Mini Session tonight! On to the best part...WEDDING PLANNING!

I've always wondered if other women remember the words their significant others say when they get down on one knee. I think, for me at least, the shock takes over, tears start pouring and it all becomes a happy memory. For Madison, not only did she have the surprise engagement, she also had the surprise of her friend Mary Kate joining in on the special event! I think Mary Kate and I were shaking just as much as she was! Whatever Tucker said, I know it was beautiful and heartfelt. Meeting them only briefly, I could see and feel what a wonderful bond they have! I'm so happy to announce that MADISON LANDRY IS NOW ENGAGED!! Today, sweet Brailey will celebrate her First Communion! I'm so proud of you! To all of the First Communion recipients at SHC, most importantly my first group of students at SCS, my thoughts are with you on this most special day! May you continue to grow closer to the Lord!

It's been a while, FB friends! Many of you know that I have returned to the classroom as a teacher and that I am expecting a new little bundle of joy! Hence the prolonged absence on social media. With that being said, I'm so happy to show you my final Senior! It's been a great 5 years and I'm so pleased to have spent my last session with Madison of Hathaway High! Check out some of her images! I recently had the pleasure of working with St. Louis Catholic High Senior, Elizabeth and her mom Robin! Elizabeth is a beautiful ballet dancer and an incredibly intelligent young lady who will be graduating with honors in 2020! Check back soon to see more from her session at Avery Island!
