Barn Project continued. First floor framing complete. New staircase in place.

Phase I of the “barn project” at 95%. Next up Sheetrock, new flooring and a staircase to the loft!

So I’ve recently discovered that these mixers have a tendency to drip grease. The grease installed at the factory tends to separate due to heat or just not using the machine. If this is a problem that you’ve noticed with your mixer I’d be happy to fix it up for you!

New storm door install today. Turned out nice. I like the full view glass as well. Great way to have a nice view of the outside while keeping the heat in!

No need to let your screened in porch become unusable space when the temperatures drop. Custom fit removable panels will solve that problem! Pressure treated frames covered with a clear, durable vinyl sheet and finished with a composite maintenance free lattice. All primed and ready for paint (or stain) to match your porch. Eye sore? No more! This little bench hides some existing HVAC work. Seat opens on either side for access to the fixture and storage space. Worked out great!
