Gallery R Downtown

Artists are exhibited on a monthly basis, with openings to coincide with the exhibition schedule of Lafayette’s Second Saturday ArtWalk. Works reflecting a wide range of concerns, styles and media, such as painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, video, and multi-media installations, are all appropriate for our consideration. Gallery R is visited by hundreds of artists, students and casual enthusiasts, making each opening a dynamic experience. Decisions are made on a rolling basis. We are currently scheduled several months in advance. We would ask that interested artists download a copy of our contract for information about set up, take down, and show expectations.
