What if your next career felt more connected to people, movement, and meaningful change?

Many students arrive in our classrooms after years in completely different professions. Some come from massage therapy, fitness, yoga, or healthcare. Others come from offices, education, hospitality, corporate work, or careers that no longer feel aligned with who they are becoming.

What they often share is curiosity about the human body and a desire to do work that feels tangible, thoughtful, and impactful.

Rolfing® Structural Integration is a hands-on method that works with fascia, posture, movement, and the body’s relationship with gravity.

For some people, discovering this work changes the direction of their lives.

🚨 IT'S OFFICIAL: Class RMI1.26 is 100% confirmed to run! 🚨

We are thrilled to announce that Rolf Movement Integration: The Ten Series as Skills of Perception and Coordination has met its minimum and is green-lit for our Lafayette, CO location!

If you’ve been on the fence waiting for confirmation before clearing your schedule, this is your sign. We only have a few spots left before this session is completely full.

Join Instructor Kevin Frank and Assistant Caryn McHose to dive deep into an "information system" view of structural integration that aligns perfectly with modern motor control.

✨ What you'll take away:

A refined vocabulary of touch skills for Rolf Movement.

The ability to read a client's perceptual field to help shift deep-seated patterns.

Tools to translate the Tonic Function Model into clear, accessible language.

Practical skills for cueing, tracking sensory experience, and autonomic regulation.

When we demonstrate the clear contrast between structurally integrated movement and conflicted strain, we offer our clients a chance to grasp how basic coordination can truly shift.

When you observe a client walking or moving, what patterns in the fascial network stand out most to you, and how does that shape your approach on the table?

Weekend activity asks a lot from your body. Running, lifting, golfing, cycling, pickup games. Then back to a desk, a car, or long stretches of sitting.

Over time, those shifts can create patterns of tension, compensation, and imbalance that affect how you move and recover. For weekend athletes, that can mean:

🏌️‍♀️ More efficient movement
🚴🏾‍♀️ Less strain on joints and overworked muscles
🏃🏼‍♂️ Improved recovery between activities
🧘🏽‍♀️ A body that feels more coordinated and supported in motion

Using focused, hands-on work with the fascia, Certified Rolfers® help the body reorganize in gravity so movement becomes more efficient and strain is reduced.

What have you noticed in your own body when things start to feel more aligned?

While our students are taking a well-deserved break before diving into Phase II, we’ve been busy behind the scenes making some exciting upgrades to our campus!

We are absolutely thrilled to debut our brand-new signage, which is now beautifully installed at the front reception desk and in the student resource center. It’s the perfect way to welcome everyone back and keep our space looking sharp, professional, and inspired.

A massive THANK YOU to Samantha Sherwin and Neal Anderson for their incredible work on the installation! We couldn't have done it without your time, talent, and hard work to get everything looking absolutely perfect. 🙌💼

Today we are looking back with immense gratitude at the woman who started it all. Happy Birthday to the incredible Dr. Ida P. Rolf! 🧬✨

Dr. Rolf’s brilliance wasn't just in her scientific understanding of fascia and gravity—it was in her ability to spark a movement that would outlast her. She created a lineage of curiosity, precise touch, and deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom.

To our incredible global network of Certified Rolfers® and Rolf Movement® practitioners: YOU are her living legacy.

✨ What drew you to this work, and what has kept you in it?

Remember those hand-prints we shared on Friday? 🖐️✨ We have the final breakdown from Valerie Berg’s recent Continuing Education workshop, and the visual results are incredible!

Take a close look at the progression:
1️⃣ Before any work began.
2️⃣ After Rolfing® the hands only.
3️⃣ After Rolfing® the entire shoulder girdle and arms.

Notice how the hand-prints shift? The "after" prints show a clear, centered line running right through the middle, and the overall alignment is much more balanced (no more cockeyed prints!). Some are even closer together, showing how a change in the shoulder girdle completely updates the body's baseline structure.

The biggest takeaway? We accessed the shoulder girdle through the hands! By finding the line from the "eye of the hand" all the way up to the shoulder, the structural integration speaks for itself.

Structural work is cumulative, and every layer connects. What changes do you notice most in these progressions? Let us know below! 👇
