You just have to look at the stories of the people sitting right next to you.

Your presence matters, and you never know whose heart will be encouraged just by you being in the room.

🍂 The Art of Letting Go
We talk a lot about restoration—about filling our cups, finding peace, and bringing ourselves back to balance. But here is a gentle truth we often forget:

You cannot pour something fresh into a cup that is already full.

Before we can truly restore, we have to make room. And making room requires the brave, quiet act of letting go.

Sometimes we hold onto things so tightly—outgrown habits, old narratives, expectations of who we "should" be, or even physical clutter—that we leave no space for the peace we are actively praying for. Restoration isn't just about adding good things; it’s about releasing the heavy things.

Let's finish out the rest of the week actively letting go!

For everyone else in the room, it’s a powerful reminder that change is possible and that no one walks this path alone.

Your presence matters—whether you are receiving a chip or there to lift others up, being there strengthens our entire community. All are welcome and highly encouraged to attend!
