No tricks for todays client shoutout! Vicky () has been working with trainer Rachel for almost 2 years, with the past year really focusing on barbell movements and getting into powerlifting.
Vicky is a mom and educator, but still takes the time to dedicate to her training. She had to overcome some previous injuries, our trainers tailor programming to accommodate where you are at and what your goals are.
There is about 1.5 years between these photos, not only has she gained physical strength, she feels more comfortable and confident. Just look at that smile 😊

FAS Training is excited to introduce Alex Hoag, the latest addition to our team.
Alex is passionate about fitness, and specializes in sports performance. He has been an athlete his entire life. He spent the past 5 years playing football at Kent State University where he also earned a B.S in Kinesiology, and worked as an assistant coach for the Kent State strength and conditioning staff. Alex believes that if you master the fundamentals greatness will come. Whether you are training for competition or life in general, Alex is excited to share his knowledge of athletic training and help you not only achieve, but surpass your fitness goals.

Congratulations to FAS Trainer Rachel Everett who took first place in the 76kg weight class at the USAPL local meet on Saturday. She put up an impressive total of 477.5kg (1052.7lbs).
